September 18, 2014 - Regular Meeting with Public Hearing on the Budget Agenda Item #8 Item Title Adopt the 2014-15 Local Capital Improvement Fund Mill Levy Issue/Rationale 1.500 Mill Levy - Section 1011.71(2), F.S., for new construction and modeling, maintenance, renovations and repairs of existing school plants or leased facilities; the purchase, lease-purchase of lease school buses or new replacement equipment, payments for educational facilities. Recommended Action Motion to adopt the capital improvement fund mill levy of 1.500 mills which is 2.54 percent more than the rolled-back rate.
